Each transaction is an individual case and undergoes a series of risk checks adapted to your payment parameters.
Address check
Customer data is checked via an address database that is updated on a daily basis. Depending on the result, you may request a risk score in real time, stipulate the purchase amounts or indicate other means of payment that are not exposed to the risk of cancellation.
Black list/white list check
We are able to block customers with a negative payment record or provide priority processing for premium customers, both in real time. You also have the opportunity to act independently to add suspicious transactions or even whole customer datasets to our blocked list, also in real time.
IP, telephone & customer risk evaluation
In addition to the black list/white list check, you can also additionally activate further check procedures on request with a simple click of the mouse, e.g. the verification of telephone data, or customer evaluation. These processes take place via our proprietary risk algorithm, ensuring that a risk message is displayed in the system if there are any discrepancies.
