Even though we work in the background, we won't leave you alone with your uncertainty. Here you can find out what we can and cannot do for you:

What we can do for you:

  • We process payments: Securely, reliably and on behalf of third parties.
  • We do not have a contractual relationship with you - but we will help you to find the right contact person.
  • We reliably forward your concerns to the customer service department of the respective company.

Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you:

  • We do not accept notices of termination. Please contact the company with which you have concluded the contract directly.
  • We do not send invoices.
  • We do not conclude contracts with end customers.

We carry out the direct debit on behalf of a company with which you have concluded a contract.

Please look at the purpose of your booking - the name of the contractual partner is usually stated there.

Cancellations must be sent directly to the company with which you have concluded the contract.
We will be happy to assist you and forward your request - or you can check the purpose of your booking yourself.

Please use our contact form. We will take your request and forward it to the responsible customer service department of your contractual partner.

Quite simply, we are not your contractual partner and have no access to customer data or contract content. Only the company you have commissioned (see purpose of use) can accept notices of termination or complaints.
