What does PPS Perfunctio Payment Services GmbH actually do?

Even though we work in the background, we won’t leave you alone with your uncertainty. Here you can find out what we can and cannot do for you:

What we can do for you:

  • We process payments: securely, reliably, and on behalf of third parties.
  • We do not have a contractual relationship with you - but we will help you to find the right contact person.
  • We reliably forward your concerns to the customer service department of the respective company.

Unfortunately, there are some things we cannot do for you:

  • We do not accept notices of termination. Please contact the company with which you have concluded the contract directly.
  • We do not send invoices.
  • We do not conclude contracts with end customers.

We process the payment on behalf of a company with which you have entered into a contract.

Please check the payment reference for your transaction —the name of the contracting party is usually listed there.

Cancellations must be sent directly to the company with which you entered into the contract.
We’re happy to assist you and forward your request—or you can check the purpose of your booking yourself.

It's simple: We are not your contractual partner and do not have access to customer data or contract details. Only the company you have hired (see "Purpose") can accept cancellations or complaints.
